Because Our Cakes Are Made Especially for You
All our cakes are custom-made and perishable, so we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once baking has begun. Every order is prepared just for you, using fresh ingredients and careful attention.
If Something Isn’t Right
Your happiness matters to us.
If you have any concerns about the quality of your cake, please get in touch within 2 hours of pickup or delivery and send us a photo so we can understand what happened.
If the issue is due to a mistake on our side, we’ll gladly offer a suitable solution—this may be a partial refund, full refund, or replacement.
When Refunds Can’t Be Provided
To be fair and consistent, we can’t offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after we’ve started preparing your order
- Delays or issues caused by incorrect delivery details
- Personal taste preferences (e.g., flavour not as expected)
- No one being available to receive the delivery
- Damage that occurs after the cake has been handed over
Cancelling an Order
We know plans change!
- You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it.
- If cancellation is made within 48 hours of your delivery date, we may not be able to offer a refund, as preparation and baking will have already begun.
