We typically require 24–72 hours’ notice, depending on the product and level of customisation. Custom or large orders may require additional lead time.
3. Do you offer custom cakes or cupcakes?
Yes! We love custom orders. You can request specific flavours, colours, themes, and messages. Most of our products can be ordered online with customisations. Please share your details when ordering or contact us for a quote.
4. Is there a minimum order for cupcakes?
Yes, cupcakes are usually sold in batches (12 or more).

5. What flavors do you offer?
We offer a rotating menu of classic favorites and seasonal flavors. Our current flavor list is available on the product page.
6. Can I mix flavors in one order?
Yes! You can mix and match flavours within the same order, as long as minimum quantity of each flavour is met.
7. Do you offer eggless, vegan, or gluten-free options?
Not at the moment. We will be adding these options in the near future.
8. Do you use fresh ingredients?
Yes. We always use fresh and quality ingredients for our bakes. Kindly note that fresh perishable ingredients are not used for garnish.

Some products may contain nuts or nut-based ingredients. While we take care, we cannot guarantee a completely nut-free environment.
10. Can you accommodate food allergies?
We are unable to accommodate food allergies as cross-contamination is possible.

Yes, you can select your preferred delivery dates on product pages. Contact us for bulk order delivery times.
16. What if no one is home during delivery?
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order. We are unable to leave orders unattended or deliver to a third party or to a different address due to the nature of products. Re-delivery may attract additional charges.

17. How should I store my cake or cupcakes?
Cakes and cupcakes should be stored in a cool place or refrigerated, depending on the frosting.
18. How long do your products stay fresh?
Our cakes and cupcakes are best enjoyed within 24–48 hours of delivery for optimal freshness.
Changes, Cancellations & Issues
19. Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations are accepted up to a certain time before production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible.
20. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re so sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we’ll make it right.

21. Do you cater for parties or corporate events?
Yes! We cater for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and more. Bulk and event pricing is available upon request.
22. Do you offer branded or logo cakes/cupcakes?
Yes, we can create logo or branded cakes/cupcakes for corporate events—Just upload your design/logo with your order. We have enabled custom features for your convenience. Contact us for more details.
